Bell watched from beautifully
pink eyes. Her hair billowed out behind her blonde and flowing as she ran a few
steps forward making not the slightest sound. She remained within the doorway a
few more moments watching Zacharius as if he were a predator. Bell moved again.
Travelling close enough to the long seats to place herself upon one she lowered
onto one. Folding her legs beneath her Bell discretely observed Zacharius. The
atmosphere was so still, still enough for her light breathing to be heard.
Bell remained seated with Zacharius perfectly silent for
enough time to pass that the light shining in through a grand double window
faded. Slowly the shadows in the room lengthened until they climbed the walls.
Bell glanced briefly through the windows behind her watching the light as it was
shut out entirely by the first moon. The darkness lasted two possibly three
hours before light broke through once more Bell alerted to Zacharius beginning
to stir
Having been sat perfectly
at ease in the peaceful nephili’s company for so long Bell rose. Now that he
was waking her pulse quickened. Bell observed his stirrings grow more adamant
and she spun on her feet disappearing, leaving no trace of her having been
